A few miscellaneous things that would be nice to have

1) Confirmation after clicking the release button on a player, similar to this from PF20. This isn't really a button I want to accidentally click.


2) Overhaul of the ratings progression screen. Just looks bad and unreadable.


3) Being able to filter on a players' height/weight in the search screen.

4) Being able to click on the play by play link from the box score. I'm guessing it's just a broken link.
