Down and Distance not shown

My QB just got sacked, and I had no idea what down it was, i knew it was possible it was 4th down. However, as you can see from the screen capture I took, the down was not displayed so I had to call the play blind, hoping it wasnt 4th down and I'd turn the ball over on downs if I did not make a first down.
*EDIT - I cant figure out how to make my screenshot small enough to fit under 256KB as is the max size allowed for attachments to this board apparently. I always have problems attaching docs to my posts here. Is anyone else able to attach anything? can someone help me out, maybe point to what I might be doing wrong or how I might do things in order to successfully attach crucial screenshots to display what I'm trying to communicate about? thx...

Sign up for a free image hosting site like https://imgbb.com/. edit your image with any basic photo editor, if you dont have one https://www.canva.com/ is free and works well, make the pic smaller and save it as .jpg. upload the photo to your hosting site, find the bbc code for the image and post it between the [/img] brackets. Attachments dont seem to work on this forum.

Thanks Notmike! Got my attachment small enough and undersize, and now I get a "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."
I realize the issue here - when a sack or an interception occurs, you are displaying the result("SACK" or "INTERCEPTION" in a large orange box which covers the area of the screen where the down and distance are normally displayed.
I would suggest moving that orange box to somewhere else on the screen so that it does not obscure that crucial info.

NP. dont use the attachment function post the image directly in the post by copying the BBC code and pasting it between [/img] brackets using the "img" tool on the top left of the Editor.

the sack/interception text was supposed to go away after a few seconds. i'll double check the code
