If you have issues running the game in Steam (normally you would see the CEFCore.dll missing error...) try downloading and installing the C++ Redist files from https://download.microsoft.com/download ... st.x64.exe

Also, DDSPF21 requires .net 4.8, you can do it manually by going to the download site:
