Custom Playbook

When trying to adjust the weighted frequencies within a custom playbook the + and - buttons are glitched. When clicking on plays sometimes it will increase the weight of a random play but not the one I'm clicking on

I think to fix this I have to remove the sorting capabilities. Seems whenever I change the sort the buttons get broken. The sorting isn't ordering the way I want either, so I'll probably remove it for now and come back to it in the future.

So I'm going to remove sorting from the playbook screen, but leave it on the Add Play to Playbook screen. Not ideal, but this way at least those that want to be able to sort can find it somewhere.
