• Jersey number envy
Players new to the team, draft, trade, FA, want special jersey numbers.
If they don't get them, some of them will lose morale or other ratings depending on their character.

• Medical staff / medical and physiological department
- Doctors: fewer injuries
- Physiotherapists: Injuries heal faster
- Psychologists: less loss of morale
- Cook: faster recovery/better/mor/faster results in training camp/weekly training

Two things for online leagues, can't remember if they are already in this thread or not...

• A place for the commissioner to put real-world dates on each upcoming sim for the season.
• For the team history (wins, loses, etc.) to have the real-world owner (or CPU as the case may be) listed for each season so looking back you can see who was controlling the team.
