Help - Game is freezing up...

When I sim the last week of my 14 week season, the game freezes and gets "stuck". I never get to see the playoff screen. Anyone have any ideas? It is a 6 team league with a 4 team playoff structure.

I'm not sure I tested this specific structure so it could be related. I'll have to check into it.
