Can't seem to get this to work properly. I continue to try and set the head coach for the game plan and the coordinators for play call and it continues to switch back to the HC for everything when I leave the screen and come back to it.

Is this a bug or am I missing something. If this is what's suppose to happen, what's the point of coordinators?

Also, subs never seem to happen, and the formations are way off compared to today's game.

Have only been at it for a week now, but the Pro game version that was revamped appears to have a lot more flaws than the 2020 college game.

Are you in sandbox or career?

Career...difference?

if you were in sandbox there was a chance you had the team on CPU control

Do you remember to click save on the strategy settings?

been doing so...perhaps that was my mistake.
