This is a bit of a game breaker because it shields the player in Career mode from having injuries.
I'm playing on the 2021 demo version (5.0.7)

After weekly games it's not uncommon for me to find 5-10 Medical report emails in my folder. Usually they have the same players in them with different "time out" durations and there's usually one saying that the players have recovered fully.

After my latest game, I finally seemed to have two multi-week injuries that seemed to stick. I deleted all of those medical emails and saved the game.

I just reloaded that save and navigated through some stats pages taking a look at my next opponent. Upon finishing, I was surprised to find 15 new emails. All of them are medical reports and my 2 injured players have now recovered fully.

It's almost as though just navigating through menus/screens is triggering some sort of injury recovery process.

No one else is getting multiple Injury Report emails after each game played?
Maybe it's due to the way I run my weeks? Typically I do this:

o find my next opponent and then pick out their game in the current week. I sim that game individually and then Watch it.
o Then I Play my own game without simming first.
o Then finally I sim everyone else using the button at the top on the window

...and then I click through revealing the scores.

The big batch of emails from Medical seem to usually all appear after I play my own game.
