Help. Popup covering save dialog

While saving my game, I didn't realize that there was a popup of a player profile stuck on screen. When I clicked save game the confirm button is under the player popup. Anyway to get around this without losing my progress? See image link to a screenshot of my predicament. Thank you if anyone can help

Oh no!

Usually Enter and Escape are mapped to OK and Cancel buttons, but I just checked and that's not the case here. Too bad. It would have let you escape unscathed.

You can try Escape, or hitting the back button on your mouse. That may reload a previous screen.

Thank you for all of your suggestions. Unfortunately, nothing would budge it. So I took a deep breadth and accepted my fate and said good bye to that played week.

Just had this happen to me.
Try pressing F10 next time.
It seemed to max out the game screen and took a screenshot. The slight change in screensize was just enough for me to get in and push that OK button.
