Coach hiring going over budget issue

Can we get a rule added so teams cannot go into the negative when hiring coaches.

In the recent CSFL off-season we have seen this occur which I think results in coaches being fired etc.

It would be great if there was some check to stop teams doingg this.

Also the fact you can go over budget and still get scouting points is just wrong haha
