If I start a game with a custom schedule file am i forced to keep that same schedule for the following season and beyond? Can't find anywhere to randomize the schedule in season 2 if it is indeed possible.

I can't see where to import custom schedules either.

You can import a schedule yes.

For schedules the game changes schedules each year.

Import Schedule is on the home page under the import/export button.
