Is there any way we can get more stats in the box scores and league stats HTML screens? By editing the BoxscoreTemplate.txt file, I can get receiving targets into box scores, but I can't seem to get stats like missed tackles or catches allowed in there. Would also be great if we could customise the stats that go into the league leader stats screens as well!

The HTML isn't really meant to be configured in this way. In some cases the data is available and you can update the template, but it may get overwritten the next time you publish. And some of the html files are not templatized like the player page is, so it isn't really moddable at all.
