Change Draft Order

I've added two new teams and they're picking middle of the round and I'd like them to pick 1 and 2, is there a way to change the draft order of teams?

Trade the picks to the number 1/2 pick?

Depends if you are in sandbox just go to the Commish and trade the picks

Should be a Change Draft Order button when you get to the draft screen.
