I then there is a glitch in the pent against a team, it blinks...I think there should be a flag seen on the play so you know it is a pent

If there is a penalty that nullifies a play then the play is not recorded and not shown to the player. Otherwise the play is shown after the penalty decision is made. In future versions we may try and show the play first and then throw a flag, but right now it's not built into the system to accommodate that.
