I am brand new to PRO FOOTBALL 2021...Any suggestions on how I should operate the game? What I want to do is to take my favorite (Chicago Bears) and build a team to win multiple superbowls....

An important suggestion to maintain long-term motivation is to join a multiplayer league.

The Weekend Warriors Professional Football League is it a good place for that.

My only suggestions is give the game a chance. a lot of moving parts here. You need to give this game A LOT of time before you give up. I've started leagues..deleted and started over a dozen times. The game needs a couple of screens added to help you organize..but if you keep notes on paper it helps. The game can lead you by the hand but I think the best results come by effort.
