A new problem has started to bug my game.

When I try to sim it just freezes at a certain % (/often 53%, but it seems random)
I tried to reinstall, and that worked one time, but not the problem reappears constantly

How to fix?

Make sure you have the latest installed from steam or from viewtopic.php?f=325&t=32545

If it still happens try and share the league's .bin save file with us on onedrive or google docs or something. The file will be in documents\wolverine studios\ddspf21\leagues\yourleaguename\yourleaguename.bin

Hmm.. I pulled up the league and simmed the rest of the season, started over and simmed multiple seasons... not seeing any freezes at the moment. Are you on the latest version?

Yes, I have downloaded the latest install

I run it on my work computer, and it insists on putting the save file on the remote server, instead of the C: local hard drive. Maybe that causes the issue?
But it worked fine for a long time, it only started happening recently.

Sometimes it helps when I reinstall the game. But only for a bit

Not that I can think of... I may have to run some more sims or go back to older versions of the code to see if I can get it to happen on my side. It's possible that files are getting locked up when trying to read off of the remote server, but unlikely as that would happen at load/save times versus in the middle of a sim.

Does it happen with all of the leagues or just the one? Could be something in the league file is corrupt and starting a new league may not run into the same issues.

I can try and start a new league, and see.

The only way I know is to relocate your Documents folder. But that will likely mess with your work settings so I wouldn't advise it.
