Recreating sandbox league.

I am trying to recreate my sandbox league after my computer crashed.

I already have a schedule, but that schedule was made before the crash.

How do I move teams from one division and conference to another?

Either modify the teams.xml file or sim a season and in-between seasons you can change the league format, keep the same format, but move teams around.
