I've downloaded, installed, activated DDS: Pro Football 2021, but when I click "submit" to create a league, the bar starts to move, gets to the "importing players" bit, then says that "an Error has occurred". The league doesn't start, nor can I load it from the load league screen, even though it is listed there. When I look at the league folders in "My Documents", most of the folders contain no files at all.

Does anybody know how to solve this issue? Are there files that are missing from my installer? Is it a settings issue?

Normally this means that either the game didn't install correctly (some sort of error or corrupted files or antivirus blocking it) and/or antivirus blocking it from reading game files. We have troubleshooting tips here: https://wolverinestudios.freshdesk.com/ ... leshooting
