With the removal of potentials and the depth added to the personality side, can you expand on scouting?

1. How does scouting from the staff affect the reports? Weights of importance.
2. How does accuracy and consistency change over time? Is this a yearly change?
3. In looking at the added player personality depth, how does this figure into scouting for FA and rookies?
4. What are the variables for calculating 'Scouting Staff Points'? Whats is the min. and max.?

Scouting staff points are generated from a weighted formula based on the ability to evaluate potential of your GM (you) and the coaching staff as well as factoring in how much ownership is willing to spend.

The accuracy and consistency of scouted grades from workouts depend totally on your staff and are "random" from player to player not even year to year. By random I don't mean they are just totally random but that each player scouted there is the calculation done so a coach with bad ratings might hit right on one guy and then have wildly off input on the next two...it's not like he's super accurate on everyone in one year and then could be way off in another. I don't want to divulge the exact percentages but obviously the head coach has the biggest impact on scouting along with the GM and then the assistants are smaller impact.
