After some extensive digging turns out the problem is not PB21 at all - it was a bit quirky trying to fit the additional linked capabilities into CB20 and it turns out that's going to need a small update in order to process things properly after the end season stage there because what is happening is that its overwriting the proper class with the next class (which explains why you are seeing a player in the draft plus still in CB and why they have no stats). The 8.20 version of CB20 should be available shortly
