I notice that my coaches are rated in stars and in the coach hiring phase they are given absolute values.
I understand the relative comparison with a star ~ 2 or 20 depending on the chosen scale.

It seems like I would know my coaches by absolute value and the possible new hires in "stars" and/or use the same scale to rate them.

Coaches do have numbers as well outside of the hiring phase, while in staff screen if you bring up their cards, you can see them. Although on the main staff screen, they do show the stars.
