Logo problems

I started a new league. Sim the season and wanted to expand. However when I select the logo it doesn't show in game. The logo I'm using is 300x300, 32 bit depth. I even tried to use a logo I know that works and paste the new logo into it. I'm sure there is something simple I'm doing wrong but not sure what.

Nevermind. Figured it out. Appears the logo must be located within the Wolverine Studios sub folder. For example I can't browse to D:/logos and use a logo from there. I must manually copy it over to the disk/graphic/logo or whatever the folder layout is.

In my personal opinion, would be beneficial if the game automatically copied it over and named it correctly like I'm pretty sure OOTP does.
