Insights (choose options drop down) not working

Tried in first year and 2nd year. All default options during setup.
The insights combo box doesn't drop down.

I am on occasion seeing this too. When I first go into screen, doesn't appear to work. But when I go to other screens and come back, it does. Seems inconsistent when it does or doesn't work.

Are you having issues with any other screen like the roster or depth or strategy?

I have also seen with contracts page.
