Weight Loss

After playing this game for years, I have found that the lighter your perimeter defenders are, the better equipped they are to stop drives based on the height/weight ratio used by the engine. The problem is that there is no way to have your players lose weight in the game as it is currently constructed. I know there is a weight training option in training camp, but that only adds weight to your player. Is it possible to have there be a slider option next to weight training that is for either weight loss or weight gain?
