Draft Intro

I just got the game on Steam. When I go straight to the College Draft which is the NBA Draft (I don't know if the college draft means the NBA draft), there is no draft intro that I would see before the draft. I am running a windows HP Pavilion 7th gen laptop. I also turned sounds off. Does the intro have to do with sounds muted or is it my laptop since my laptop works fine?

Yes if you mute the sounds then the cut scenes are skipped since they play sound
