Im starting play DDSPB21 for the first time

That's a pretty large question without receiving any specific questions you might have. The game is vast with drafting, depth charts, player management, trades, strategy, training, game day coaching, etc., way too many things to try and cover all. Just recommend trying the game out and then post very specific questions you might have.

Suggest you click on the 3 horizontal bar icon in the upper left corner of the game screen, then select HELP and then select HELP GUIDE which will open the manual for DDSCB2020. It's the guide for the 2020 game rather than 2021 so there have been some changes, but most things still are appicable and it should definitely help you over some of the hurdles.
