Historical File and Matchmaker/Tournament

I am testing the demo and when I try these game options, I am only able to choose from teams between 2000-2010.

I am wondering if this is because its the demo and if if the full version has from 1976 to current day.

I know in the 2020 version you can select all those years.

Yes, from 1976 thru 2018/2019 is available for historical leagues.

Yes, they are available for those other modes as well. No idea on what further updates are planned for historical rosters.

Yes there will be another update coming to add the 2019-20 season and the default start option for 20-21
