If I were to start an association with "Can be Fired" check on, will I get job offers if I were to lose my job?

If so, will they be GM offers assuming that is the position that I selected to start as?

Lastly, do you get job offers will still employed?

After being fired, you can call teams that have also lost GMs recently to go for the job. This could be anywhere from 3-4 NBA teams to none at all - but if you do ever hit an offseason where no such NBA job emerges, you can always apply for a G-League team and spend a summer there. I usually find offers when I'm fired, and I've never been turned down for applying to a job.
