Superstar and Team Relationship Questions

Hi!

I have 2 questions:

1. How does the game define what a "superstar" is exactly? Is it star rating (if so, what's the minimum # of stars needed for a superstar), stats (i.e. PER), etc.?

2. What are the factors that effect a player's Team Relationship? I have a 4 1/2 star rated player who, when I joined the team, had a 1% Team Relationship. After 2 years, the team is entirely different and he still has a 1% Team Relationship. His Personality is a Disruptive Force though... so does that mean he's just being a "diva"?

1. Typically you're talking a 4 star player for that at least but it also really depends on the owner.

2. Yes if his personality is disruptive force that means he's the problem and is going to be a problem wherever he goes and whoever he is around. You just have to decide if his stats are worth it
