The next step is to do what PointGuard said - under HELP in both games you will find instructions for submitting the game files. If you open a support ticket and either attach those game files to the ticket or you might have to upload them to a dropbox if they are large I will download them, run them and see exactly what the hangup is and tell you how it can be fixed. Until I see files I can only guess or offer what other issues have been in the past.
I understand you are frustrated that it is not working but there's no reason to despair or say this is the last basketball game you will ever buy. I'm happy to help you get it working - I just need to see exactly what is wrong to help get it fixed.
Even the new league I started failed to generate the .dat file .... so no clue ... both games are the most recent version .... didn't buy CB20 or PB20 so this is my first time back in a few versions and the only reason I came back was because of this feature .... so yeah it's frustrating when you follow the instructions exactly and it doesn't work .... will try to figure out how to send them to you
