Game does not progress to next season (v 10.4)

At the end of the third season, when the awards are distributed, the game does not advance to the next season and is blocked.

Yes I believe that we did help the OP. If you are having the same issue make sure you are on version 10.4 first and then if you still experience the issue please follow the instructions under HELP in the game to send in the files.

They helped me advance the game.
But the bug is reproduced again the following season. It is a problem since version 10.4, before I could advance 2 seasons. It looks like it may be an OS language related issue, but it needs to be fixed

Not yet, but they have my game saved and they are checking.

I will say BB Brand we have not seen this happen with any other save game and every time we run the OP's file it advances perfectly so we're digging in and trying to find what the issue is but its certainly something very rare

I bought the game a couple of days ago, and it's working so far. I "autoplayed" 4 seasons with no problems, so that's good news.
