How to Edit In Game Rosters?

Does anyone know how to edit the rosters for this game? I was trying to update my rosters so that the James Harden trade would be apparent, but I wasn’t sure how to change any of the rosters. I tried to make a trade using the commissioner mode, but it was complicated since I don’t think you can do four team trades on there. I feel like there’s gotta be an easier way.

The easiest way would be to just use the commissioner mode and don't worry about a four team trade but just setup trades to send the right players to the right teams. Otherwise the only real option would be to create a roster set yourself and then create a league using it. It will be much faster to just make a trade that sends each player to the team they belong on in commissioner mode because in that mode you can force trades to happen.
