Draft Picks

Is there a way to edit the draft picks that each team controls when starting a new season? For instance, if I start a new season with the Pelicans, I'd like to have all the first round picks the Lakers owe, etc. Right now when you start a new season it looks like everyone controls their own picks for the next few years.

not unless you trade them all in via commish
