International draft entries missing

Hi!

I'm looking for help or advice.
In my league that is using the NBA mod, I have not seen any international draft entries even though the option was ticked in at creation.
During season 1, I also unticked and ticked it again (this has proven to be working with in-game controls like game sound and speed) but even after generating the rookie pool for season 2, all players are US.
Has anyone experienced something like this? If yes, do you know any solution?
