logos not showing

I am running a historical league and I have a bunch of NBA logos from the 1970s and 80s that I have used before in PB19, and they worked just fine. But I tried using the same logos in PB21 and most of them don't show up. They are PNG files and I have resized them to 300x300 or as close to it as possible. Nothing works. Any idea what I missed?

Yes, just as I did with DDS PB 19, and they worked just fine in that version. In fact, they are the same logos. They show up in the tiny sidebar where you pick the team from the drop-down but the scoreboard of games on tap are missing most of them.

Did you copy the logos into the PB21 graphics/logos folder and try to load them from there?

Yes I did. I keep them on OneDrive and I just copied the historical ones that were germane to the year in question into the logos folder. The fictional ones there are all 300 x 300 png files, and I made sure the ones I copied there are as close to that size as possible and in png format. Still nothing.

I haven't had any luck with your Pro Basketball game. The 19 version would crash every time I tried to play a game; I could only simulate. But at least 19 showed these same logos just fine.

The only logos that show up are the Celtics, Cavs, Lakers, Spurs, Trailblazers and Warriors.

ok go to www.wolverinestudios.com/support and fill out a support ticket please. On that ticket attach your game files (instructions on what to send are under HELP in the game) and attach a zip with the logos you are trying to use and I will look at it.

Thanks Gary, ticket was created, and I attached a zip file of my league AND my logos.

On a completely separate question, is there a way to choose faces for players all at once, an option I couldn't find? Or do we have to edit every player?

There is no bulk face selector or anything like that. The only other option would be to have a file name of the player in the app/disk/graphics/players folder that was in firstname_lastname.png format - if the game finds a file there it will use it for the face instead of the default graphic in game.

Gary, just a quick note to say I downloaded the latest patch today and first thing I saw on the schedule screen was every team's logo. Happy days! Thanks for the quick fix.
