Newbie ? - how do I sign players for D-League team

Sorry for the newbie question - is there a manual I should be reading?

I just completed the fantasy draft for a new league, so my team's roster is fill. I notice there are some useful free agents that I'd like to sign to my D-League team (which has an empty roster). Is there a way to do that? Thanks!

The d-league draft is just run automatically in the background as a time saver if you are not either controlling a d-league team, controlling the roster decisions for your d-league affiliate or running it in commissioner mode.
