coaching salary inflation

Is this a bug? Coach valued at 2 million at beginning of the season for Orlando then when I want to resign him goes to 6 million. then the lowest 3rd asst. new coach hiring wants 676,273 for 3 years while my actual 2nd assistant makes 500k. so essentially even the worst 3rd assistant will make more. Followed that by, if I want to extend my 2nd assistant he goes from 500 K to wanting 3.5 million. and my first assistant from 750k to wanting 1.5 million per year. when my budget is 7 million. Is the game expecting me to have the worst of the worst coaches or Am I missing something? Some of these guys have horrible rating too. I think is a bit ridiculous like how does my 2nd Assistant want so much 500k to 3.5 million to remain as the 2nd assistant? thats crazy.
