How do I get to the coaching philosophies screen once the season has started. The reason I am asking is because once the playoffs start I would like to tighten the rotations and lower then amount of players used for playoff games. I cannot seem to find a way to get back to it..

On the same row as the orange bar thing at the top of the screen, slightly right of center, click the pot-looking icon for "your office". Your philosophies are on the right.
