FAYR and Building Block Symbol?

I attached a photo but when I'm doing a player search, what does the FAYR heading stand for? What is this symbol that looks like blocks?

I tried searching through the help guide, which has a lot of info, but didn't have this as far as I could tell. I tried hovering over it and nothing pops up. Am I missing something? What do these stand for?



My guess is "Free Agent Year" and maybe building block (fit my current strategy?)

Edit: I believe now the blocks mean the player is on the trading block.

"FAYR" means after this season, the player will become a free agent, I think.
The "Block" thing means this player is in the trade block. This team is letting all the other teams know that this player is available for trade.

Yeah it stands for 'Free Agent YeaR' and the trade 'block' is the symbol.
