Coaching Salaries Way Too High

I can't keep a coach beyond their initial contract. Even while running with a big market team like the Clippers, if I have even a crumb of success the coach now wants $12m+ for their next contract's salary. If the coaches would move on to another team - fine, I could accept that. But instead I'll have a coach win a title, demand $12m a year, and then just stop coaching until a team 3 years down the line wants to pay him. I'm 12 years into a franchise, 4 different coaches. Once this fourth coaches contract runs out, that'll be four straight coaches gone because their asking price was too high come contract #2.

Yeah I have to agree cooach salaries are too high against the amount allowed in game for each franchise. A lot of top coaches don't get hired because they cost too much
