Things to check would be:

Logo size (pixels x pixels)
Logo format (gif,jpg,png)

Anytime I've had issues with the broken window graphic (on your pulldown menu), it's because of logo files that weren't the same specs as the originals.

But finding out the folder where it's trying to pull the logos from, is gonna be your main investigation. You could export your databases and possibly find out in the teams table. I dunno exactly what you got set up, but those are things I would try to find out.

I was using the wrong named logos. My DB was showing one thing, but my save game was using another.

Easy fix, but easy to overlook.
