When I started my game with GA State I had a 3 year contract. I've played 3 seasons, and just started my fourth. Except I haven't been offered a new contract. I'm still on the same salary, with 0 years remaining.

the game is set up so signed contratcs are effectuated at the end of the season they are signed - so they should kick in ones your season is over.

I've noticed this as well. Signed a guy for 2 years. After two years, he shows 0 years remaining. I extended him at the staff resigning period (was thinking of letting him go, but didn't like any of the options out there).
Season rolled over. In what is his third season, it now shows 0 years remaining, and that he resigned for 4 years under it.
I'm assuming that I'm getting a third season out of him, as the staff salary and scouting numbers at the top, reflect totals that would be his old salary and not his new one.

it must be an oversight.. im guessing its a bug.
