Transfers

Hello really enjoying the game but I may be missing something on transfers. I see the long list of transferred players in the news, but where do I see those players that are looking to transfer and how do I get them to come to my school?

Transfer commit/sign on signing day, so you need to recruit them at the start of a new season. You can make offers to them on the recruiting screen (select 'transfers' in the drop down)
