Training Tab Question

Could someone tell me what the coaches player focus tab in the training section is about. I upgraded from CFB19 and I'm am aware of the main training aspects, but this tab is new for me and i can't find any docs to describe it. I assume it adds additional training to the player that is selected, but wanting to make sure.

yes, they receive extra focus from the coach assigned to them.
DC can focus on defensive players.
Oc on offensive players.
HC on either.
