How does this recruiting work? it's not intuitive. I keep recruiting to manual and outreach/scholarships to delegated and then the players i target never get anything added to them. When I make it all manual, there is nowhere for me to add multiple points to a player, or give a scholarship. What gives? Am I missing some screen or something where I can further interact with players?

while much improved it is still the weakest part of the game .... still too much just putting numbers in and hoping IMHO
