I can't find the audio settings. I would like to turn off the email chime/phone sound effects.

The only sound option control is in the menu in top left corner of screen.

That explains my issue. I am missing the top left corner drop down menu. I can send a support ticket if needed.

If your missing the menu, you might want to confirm your connecting to the Internet....believe it may disappear if not.

That's probably it, I was not connected to the internet. Is that something getting fixed in a patch?

Not sure if it is considered a bug, versus how it works with the latest games (i.e. football, basketball, etc.) with the improved UI framework. Something the developer will have to respond.
