-On full screen mode when you hover over the wheels and charts it does pop up the right one

I'm not seeing any of these things. What version of Windows are you running and what screen resolution? Are you using a mod? What mode are you playing in (challenge, sandbox, universe)?
Is it possible to take a video of your gameplay so that I can see these things?

Experiencing a bug with dropping recruits from both my lists. I click both Red buttons but when I sim the week they're still on my list. I'm using the 1st version of the Mod, Challenge Mod, No Promotion/Relegation fwiw.

To remove a recruit from both lists, highlight the recruit and click "R". He'll disappear from both lists.

So what are the RED "Drop From Call List" "Drop From Watch List" buttons on the player card for?

I believe the Dev stream last night said the red buttons would be fixed for the new build.
