When I click on insights there is no data to look at. Is this just because of early version or am I missing something?

When you first open a NEW association and open Insights, you should see the Team Rankings page which be a cluster of all 0's since no games have been played by your team yet. When you go to the pulldown menu, all the other Insights reports will either be blank (except for headings) or have all 0's since the team has not stats yet. After your team begins playing games in November, the pages will fill with info as stats and comparisons become available.

I have played games but the drop down box does nothing when I click on it. It says choose option but it doesn't allow anything.

Throughout alpha testing and now in Fast Access, I've had a lot of different associations...it's never had that problem for me (or any of the alpha testers as far as I know).

And...strange you're getting something that says "Choose Option" since for me that wording isn't there at all. Can you do a PrtSc and post it here?

Have you updated CB21 to version 9.0.23?

Was seen and reported during testing, although wasn’t all the time.

I got it working now so it must be an intermittent issue. One of the features I was trying to find was of course in this screen. The lineup tracking information. lol

I actually have the same issue. I click insights and nothing appears and no dropdown options are presented when clicking the "choose option" list.

See if this is still an issue with today's build. If so and it remains a constant issue I may have you try running in Win 8 compatibility mode

I have issues opening the insights screen as well. Clicking the insights button again makes it load for me though. Not sure if that's the issue you guys are seeing.
