My game will not play anymore!!!

I am in my 9th season. I got the early bird the game, updated with the mod to have real team and haven't had a problem. I then updated the game today. I played for about 30-40 minutes then minimized the game to check something and it just vanished. Its not in the tool bar are anything. So when I click on the icon the screen flashes black then just goes back to the desktop every time. I restarted my computer, samething. I shut the computer down, same thing. I bit the bullet and risked losing my save and uninstalled everything, then reinstall it all and same thing. so not only have I lost my save, now the game doesn't even work.

can anyone of you computer guys help me. I'm not the greatest when it comes to computer. Hell I bought this lap top just for this game. hahahahah.

Instead of just installing the update game download I would do a full version re-install. There was a version somewhere along the line that made a change in schedule database. Not sure if that is the issue but you have nothing to loose. I think you can use your original email to download the full version or possibly even the demo version if needed as you already have a license.

In your C: drive there should be a Users folder and a folder in there with your computer login name. Inside of that folder you will find AppData/Local/AlchemiumUnlimited folders (if you do not see AppData you may have to turn on the option to show hidden folders). Inside that AlchemiumUnlimited folder there will be a DDSCB2021 folder - delete that DDSCB2021 folder and then try restarting the game.
