I have not found any good way to deal with these, has anyone else had luck?

It seems some players are just bad fits. Sometimes a cal helps, sometimes it hurts. Generally I read the incident and determine if one or both players are to blame and call the culprit(s) using the top attitude option. If I get a negative response I determine if I’m willing to suspend the troublemaker for the sake of the team; if so I call again with the 2nd attitude option. If it’s again negative I suspend, sometimes you see an improvement however. If a name keeps coming up that player will probably transfer no matter what, I’ve yet to find a solution to them.
